Free, Confidential Memory Screenings
A simple first step toward peace of mind.

Foggy Bottom West End Village is offering free memory screenings to older adults in our neighborhoods. You don't have to be a Village member to take part.

What is a Memory Screening?
A memory screening is a brief, friendly check-in that gives you a baseline of how your memory and thinking are doing today. We use the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), a widely used tool. It takes about 20 minutes.

A screening is not a diagnosis. If you'd like to talk about your results, we encourage you to share them with your own doctor. We can also give you a list of local memory care resources.

For more information, you can listen to this recording of our introductory workshop and view the related slides here.

Register here. Invite your community, members and non-members alike.
