The agenda for this meeting of the current events discussion group is as follows:

Bill Kincaid and Adele Gottfried will lead discussions on the administration’s attack on public education, on public health, and on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programs. Anne Roger will lead a discussion on the history of immigration policy in the US as context for understanding the deportation policy of the Trump Administration. At the end of the hour, we will talk about plans for the fall for more current event discussions.
